I am based in London, UK, and have been working in email marketing for 15 years - 11 of those years in luxury & sustainable fashion. I'm a certified Klaviyo Partner and work with fashion businesses small and large on their email marketing strategy, campaign management, and everything else in between.

- Introducing a new approach to loyalty and retention which increased orders per customer by 5% and revenue per customer by 8%; worth an extra £200k/year for this sustainable fashion business.
- Overhauling a Welcome programme which resulted in a 76% increase in revenue per email (£1.84 to £3.24). This was worth an extra £185k/year.
- Devising a new lead conversion strategy bringing in £60k in new customer orders during its first quarter.
